We make every effort to display the colors and images of our stainless steel rings as accurately as possible. However, due to screen variations and configuration of your device, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate. 
All descriptions of products and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit sales to any person or geographic region at any time.

SECTION 3 - TAXES, CUSTOMS, AND IMPORT DUTIES
All prices posted in our online store DO NOT include local taxes, customs duties, or import charges. As a cross-border buyer, you are solely responsible for all import duties, taxes, and clearance fees levied by your country’s customs authority upon arrival. 

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are NOT guaranteed. KRONIV is not liable for any shipping delays caused by carrier disruptions, customs inspections, weather, or events outside our control. Once the package is transferred to the shipping carrier, the title and risk of loss pass entirely to you, the customer.

SECTION 5 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & ANTI-COPY
All content on this website, including but not limited to the brand name "KRONIV", our logo, slogan ("I am Edge, Find your edge."), text, 3D ring designs, jewelry engineering models, and images, is the exclusive intellectual property of KRONIV. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or copying of our unique ring designs and brand assets for commercial resale or manufacturing is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action under international copyright laws.

SECTION 6 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to international cross-border e-commerce transactions.
